DISCOVERY CALL

Fill out our contact form, and someone will reach out to schedule a Discovery Call. During the call, we'll explain our process, pricing, and next steps to get started designing. We'll also answer any initial questions that arise.

BOOK A CALL

CONCEPT DESIGN

Meet with Shawn and dive into the design process. Review your wants, don't wants, ideas, and leave Shawn with some initial thoughts about your home.

After the meeting, Shawn will digest everything and start designing, presenting your conceptual design once finished.

PRELIMINARY

After the conceptual design is approved, the drafting + 3D model portion of the process begins.

Once the 3D model is complete, view black & white 3D renderings, your floor plans and elevations, and review further ideas.

FINAL PLANS

Once the preliminary review is completed & approved, it's time to finalize the plans.

Final construction documents are delivered in PDF format, and you're ready to start building!

We leave the construction process up to the experts. We're available if questions arise, though, so feel

free to reach out. We love to visit your home as it's coming to life & capture the process to share! We're grateful for our clients, and it's rewarding seeing the vision become reality.
