conceptual design
Meet with Shawn and dive into the design process. During the first design meeting, review your wants, don't wants, ideas, and leave Shawn with some initial thoughts about your home. After the meeting, Shawn will digest everything and start designing, presenting your conceptual design once finished.

DISCOVERY CALL
Fill out our contact form, and someone will reach out to schedule a Discovery Call as soon as possible. During the call, we'll explain our process, pricing, and the next steps to get started designing your project.

final construction documentation
Once the preliminary review is done, we start finalizing your plans. The construction documents are the roadmap needed for your contractor to bring the vision to life accurately. Our plans include:

Foundation / Basement / Slab Plan

Main Floor Plan

Second or Third Floor Plans as needed

Exterior Elevations

3D Black & White Sketch Renderings

Interior Cabinet Elevations

Building Sections

Eave & Foundation Details
We include as much detail as needed, including architectural elements designed by Shawn such as brackets or special windows.

Once the final construction documents are complete, they're delivered in PDF format, and you're ready to start building!

preliminary design
After the conceptual design is approved, we move into the drafting + 3D model portion. Once the 3D model is complete, view black & white 3D renderings, your floor plans and elevations, and review any further ideas with Shawn & Hayley.
